It is expressly agreed that www.door-9.com reserves the absolute right to exclude a user or permanently delete their account if they violate any of the following terms, all of which are considered essential.
www.door-9.com accepts payment for space reservations using Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® debit and credit cards. As the operation of www.door-9.com evolves, additional cards may be accepted.
To ensure transaction security for users (visitors, registered members, and customers), advanced security systems are used, including a digital certificate encrypted with the latest versions of the TLS encryption protocol, SHA256withRSA algorithm, and 2048-bit RSA key, as well as verification of the three-digit credit card security code (CVV). The visitor – prospective customer – selects the dates and times for which they wish to reserve the space. After entering their personal details (full name, email, phone number), they confirm the reservation and select the payment method.

By entering card details, the user confirms and guarantees that they have the legal right to use the card and authorize the charge of the purchase amount upon completion of the transaction.

The visitor – prospective customer – selects the desired dates and times, completes their personal details (full name, email, phone number), confirms the reservation, and selects the payment method. By choosing “Payment upon arrival at the venue”, the booking process is completed on www.door-9.com, while payment is completed upon arrival either in cash or by debit or credit card.
You may cancel a reservation, including all selected time slots, up to 2 days prior to the arrival date at Studio door-9, whether or not you have already paid the total amount, due to inability to attend or due to a time change.
The cancellation link is included in the booking confirmation email. After cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Inability to attend:
If you have already paid, you must contact Studio door-9 to arrange a full refund.
Time change:
After cancellation, you must either submit a new booking through the booking form or contact Studio door-9. If you make a new booking through the online booking form, select “Payment upon arrival at the venue” so that any difference in the total amount (due to more or fewer time slots) can be settled accordingly.
www.door-9.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update the present cancellation policy terms, according to its operational needs and commercial practices, whenever deemed necessary to safeguard the services it provides, without prior notice to users (visitors, registered members, and customers).
Users will be informed through designated sections of the website and via informational email regarding any modifications. The changes apply to all users without exception. Users must comply with these modifications in order to continue using the services of www.door-9.com.
Immediately after valid confirmation of a space reservation—either following successful debit or credit card payment or notification of payment upon arrival—the preparation process of the reserved space begins for the selected time slots (dates and hours).
www.door-9.com will take all appropriate measures to promptly and thoroughly inform the user by email regarding the reservation.
www.door-9.com is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its control. In the event that a significant delay in space allocation is anticipated, www.door-9.com will contact the user and inform them accordingly.
The space and equipment used by Studio door-9, as well as the website www.door-9.com where they are listed, are the property of the sole proprietorship TARE EVGENIA.
The condition of the space and equipment is recorded prior to each customer’s arrival. In the event that damage to the space and/or equipment is identified, the customer is responsible. The damage will be assessed and costed, and the customer will be charged accordingly.
If the studio’s equipment is insufficient, the customer may bring their own equipment.
The premises are protected by an alarm system and closed-circuit television (CCTV). In the event of damage to or theft of customers’ equipment, the owner of Studio door-9 bears no responsibility whatsoever.
